Payments and delivery

Delivery

Orders are delivered by UPS parcel delivery company.

Shipping costs are specified at the time the order is placed. In case of a domestic parcel shipping, the shipping cost is PLN 15 if the shipment is prepaid or PLN 20 if the option of payment on delivery is selected.

Shipping is free on orders over PLN 500.

Orders are delivered within no more than 10 working days of the date on which the amount is credited to Store’s bank account.

The international shipping costs for countries outside the UE are set on a case-by-case basis and are covered in full by Client. If an order is to be delivered outside the European Union, additional costs may apply (e.g. custom duty) subject to law applicable in the given country.

Please check the consignment in courier’s presence. If you notice any damages, please report it to the courier and draw up a damage protocol.

• Payment via PayU transaction service
• Payment by cash on delivery,
